Standing on the ballast

If the Illinois Athletic Department still has hope for this year, it’s in the basketball squad. Their leader, Bruce Weber, has already taken the team to the Final Four. This year’s team looks like a good candidate for it to happen again. One of the best things about Papa Bruce, as he was known by the senior photo staff when I was a freshman, is his reactions. Zook never seems to respond to anything good or bad, but Weber always lets his emotions shine. The pictures of Bruce are just another highlight of getting paid to sit on a basketball court.
